HoHoHoHo....Santa claus is comin home....

Jingle bells...jingle bells............

Hey....Its Christmas....one of the most memorable festival in my life.Since childhood we have celebrated this day because my brother n myself...we used to love the whole idea of christmas, christmas tree, decoration, bon fires...gifts Santa claus. Here are some of the blurred images of those dayzz...(Really missing raun n piyush today.)And i remember once we guised Piyush as Santa and made him roam in our locality...to all the houses with a bell and lot of chocolates for childrenHe even went to the houses of all retired uncles....and hehehe...it was fun seeing him carry that cotton made moustache and beard. gosh...and when he went to one bengali house they made him have a gulab jamun. hehehehe...with one hand he was holding the moustache and with the other biting thru the yum mithai.I cant ever forget those scenes...they are embedded in me..FOREVER..
And then not to forget our Elaborate discussions on Jesus.
.religions...and how christianity is the best(probably one of the effects of being convent educated) and teaches so many good things..and how churches are HEAVENS...peaceful...bringing out the true meaning of prayer. the quiteness stillness..serenity in a church is uncomparable(unlike the hullabaloo in mandirs...etc etc.

Well...definitely missed the christmas trees...and raun n piyush...But i had a nice time this christmas too. Went to the church here with Richa,Bonu,Saswat da and sudipta da. We had fun...And the best part of all...went to visit our school and our school chappel...amazing....We met Sister Agnelitha and to all of our unanimous amazement shes changed dramamtically( considering our memories of her when she was the principal...when we were in class 7. Shes become less strict and more friendly..Our conjectures on this change were based on the fact that shes just come back as a principal of a co-ed!!!She must have tasted bigger frights than what an all-girls school can bring!!!!thats all we could say!!!!
Rest...it was nice...visiting all churches, singing carols, lighting candles...and then all the nonsense and laughter we shared on this day!!!
A very very Merry christmas to all of you...Hope you guys had a nice day!!! have fun...

NIT Picnic- Our First outing together

Well...I enter my class on 16th and there is this buzz around that we need to have a picnic before leaving for christmas hols. And then we the enthusistic lot plan it all in 2 days...from taking permission from our mba department,to funds...to the place and also the transport. We were planning to go to Maithon Dam. But just before the finalisation many of our classmates backed out and we were not meeting the minimum 25 heads required. so we dropped it and planned for Durgapur barrage itself. We were a group of 17 - I guess the most enthusiastic team of the whole clss..and last minute i arranged for a vehicle too..check us out in the snap....

We had a great great time.....and we got to know each other lot better..
We played truth and dare and gave mighty dares yaar!!! I was made to run like a horse in the middle of the spot(mind you there were many many other picnic groups there)and shout "main sanjukta hoon...mera prithviraj kahaan hai...". the best was Tanmay..he was asked to go in the middle and act as if he's shitting...and bull...he did it perfectly..each n every action!!!and then Jo singing yeh dosti hum nahi..and Amit's pole dancing with a tree...hehehe
Click here to see all the snaps...After all the dare sessions...we had a truth round and yess...that was some time all truths came pouring out. Everyone was playing the game seriously..and they spoke their heart out!!! From Utpal's 5 year relationship to Aditi's one year...From break up's to crushes everything was discussed. And now the biggest attraction..Everyone had to speak out 3 names...
The ultimate person in your life.
The Guy you admire most in class
The girl you admire most in class
Wellll.......it was real fun. For me the girl was Arpitha and the guy was Pan...and the ultimate person....Hmmm....not to be disclosed!!!!
Then there was a bhojpuri band bajja wale there we danced with them...we danced a hell lot......all of us...it was fun. Also with another group of picnickers...and the guys were especially interested cause that group had many girls. We also had rounds of shero shayari,songs...antakshari(the usuals..)and also a stroll round the barrage river. And all the time we were after Tanmay- Arpitha n Indrani-Pan...hehehehee....teasing them to death. We had our lunch packed in from Riviera(a resort nearby)...and we hogged.(Do check out the snaps...)
Most of the snaps have been taken on my cell also....Infact we took videos too!!!

All in all it was real fun...Even on the mini truck which i could arrange(thanks to Bappa uncle)...we were creating some atmosphere!!!
At the end of it- all of us were really happy...all reset n refreshed for our classes and lots of padhai...
